The Tweaky Dude is a a drug dealer that shopped at a hardware store to buy supplies on making drugs, but gets the attention of Walter White.

The Tweaky Dude returns to his shopping cart and is confused to see as to why Walt is standing at his cart. Walt then tells him that he is buying the wrong matches and that he should instead be buying a bulk pack of individual matchbooks to get more red phosphorus from the striker strips. Walter also advises the Tweaky Dude to not buy all the supplies for creating drugs in a single store because it would raise suspicion and instead buy certain items at certain stores. When Walter asks if he understands, the Tweaky Dude panics and runs out of the hardware store. When Walt later confronts the Tweaky Dude and his partner in the parking lot, he warns them to stay out of his territory. Intimidated, both of them get into their RV and drive off. ("Over")
