Spelling
I dunno why, but I feel like whenever it finally gets revealed, the spelling of his first name is gonna be "Patric."
Could the name Kuby be a reference to Ronald Kuby, famous defense lawyer? Incidentally, it could also be a reference to Lebowski (like "Sobchak" is) as that's one of the lawyers the Dude demands when dealing with the Malibu chief of police.
