Oh, yeah? Look at these. What do those look like to you? They sure look like bullet holes to me. There was a firearm discharged inside of this domicile. I'm willing to bet there's a judge or two out there who'd see that as probable cause.

The Smith & Wesson 4506 is a third generation semi-auto single action/double action pistol chambered in .45 ACP, with an 8 round magazine. The 4506 is chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge and, with the purchase of special springs, the stronger .45 Super. It is constructed almost entirely from stainless steel and is thus extremely resistant to harsh weather conditions. The 4506 is a traditional double-action/single-action pistol. The first shot is fired in double action mode. Each subsequent shot is fired single action mode. It features one-piece Xenoy wrap-around grips with either a curved or straight back strap. The 4506 was produced from 1988 to 1999.

Season 1[]

Krazy-8 is armed with Smith & Wesson 4500 pistol series when he confronts Walter White and forces him to cook meth. After using phosphine gas to take down Krazy-8 and Emilio Koyama, Walt retrieves the gun and faces off against the approaching sirens before attempting to commit suicide. However, he forgot to turn the safety off and when he does, he experiences a comical misfire that causes him to reconsider. However, the sirens turn out to be approaching firetrucks on their way to deal with the brush fire Emilio inadvertently caused. ("Pilot")

While trying to figure out a good murder weapon with which to kill Krazy-8, Walt removes the gun from a plastic bag, but immediately puts it down in favor of Emilio's gun before discarding that as an idea after a moment. Later, Jesse dissolves both guns in hydrofluoric acid in his bathtub alongside Emilio's body. ("Cat's in the Bag...")

  • When Jesse prepares to dissolve Krazy-8 and Emilio's guns, the Smith & Wesson pistol changes to an older model. This can be noted by the shape of its trigger guard which is different in the newer model of the pistol.
