After Gustavo Fring's death, Jesse Pinkman is held captive by Gus' operatives to cook meth. When the Superlab's elevator arrives, Walt ambushes both of the guards and shoots them. ("Face Off")
Their bodies are subsequently burned in the Superlab's fire but their remains could not be identified by dental records. ("Live Free or Die")
