Jimmy McGill and Kim Wexler eat here while discussing her resignation from Hamlin, Hamlin & McGill. Jimmy encourages her to leave a letter of resignation to buy her enough time to secure Mesa Verde as her client, but Kim is hesitant and feels she owes it to Howard to tell him in person. ("Fifi")

Season 4

Planning to make a living from selling burner phones, Jimmy scouts the streets of Albuquerque for potential clientele before arriving at Dog House. Jimmy's phones attract much attention, but when a large biker gang arrives, most of his customers flee the area; rather than abandoning shop, Jimmy seizes the opportunity and sells the remainder of his stock to the bikers. However, as he returns to his car, a group of three thugs violently beat him before stealing his wallet and running away. ("Quite a Ride")

Jesse sat in his car here and gave money to a homeless man who knocked his window before driving off. ("Blood Money")

When Jesse went missing after attempting to torch Walter's house, Patrick Kuby looked for him at The Dog House. ("Rabid Dog")



  • Dog House also appears several other films including First Snow starring Guy Pearce.
  • Dog House is a real restaurant, and was one of the oldest drive-in restaurant in Albuquerque. It has been under the current ownership since 1967.
    • In real life there are no benches outside; they were added during the show's filming. There is a seating area inside that isn't seen on tv.
