At the courthouse, Chapak is the judge in a case in which Mr. Harkness accuses a man of stealing from his cash register. At the request of his lawyer, and then Jimmy who is representing the defendant, Mr. Harkness confirms that he can positively identify the defendant as the thief. Jimmy then reveals that this man is not the defendant, who is in fact among the audience of the hearing. Judge Chapak is furious at this trick played by Jimmy. She suspends the hearing and summons Jimmy, but she has no choice but to grant a mistrial. ("Namaste")
