Alma Neff is the founder of Neff Copiers and the aunt of Mr. Neff.

Background[]
Around 1953 Alma and her husband Ollie started a successful copier business. In the early days of their business, they had a repairman named Frank Corker. Alma also liked collecting Hummel figurines. Her collection is displayed in Mr. Neff's office.

While at a job interview for Neff Copiers, Jimmy is shown a picture of Alma by Henry. Jimmy notices Alma's collection of Hummel figurines and tells Henry he knew a lady who also liked collecting Hummel figurines. ("Breathe")
A while later Jimmy hires Ira to steal one of Alma's figurines worth $8,000 dollars. He swaps it for a similar looking one that is less valuable and Jimmy distracts Mr. Neff to let Ira escape from the office. ("Something Beautiful")
