The main reason why I personally think Gus, Chuck McGill and Lalo are the three main antagonists of the Breaking Bad franchise because Gus is Walterās biggest threat, he has more screen time than any other villain, heās one of the franchiseās most direct threats (alongside Lalo), heās Walter Whiteās other archenemy, heās one of the franchiseās main threats (alongside Lalo) and heās willing to destroy everything Hector Salamanca ever cares about, Chuck made Jimmy (the franchiseās two deuteragonists) the villain he is today, heās indirectly the reason why Saulās business grew big, earning the reputation of Saul Goodman as a criminal lawyer in Breaking Bad, leading up to Jesse convincing Walt to hire Saul as a lawyer in Season 2 which was the start of a chain reaction leading up to the Rise and Fall of Heisenberg (like Jimmy said in āSaul Goneā) and Lalo is even worse than Henry Salamanca, heās the Better Call Saulās biggest threat, heās even worse than Gus, heās even worse than Henry Salamanca, heās more of a direct threat than Henry Salamanca and him and Gus are the biggest threats in their own TV shows (Better Caul Saul and Breaking Bad). Another reason why Gus, Chuck McGill and Lalo are the three main antagonists of the Breaking Bad franchise because every TV show has a different Big Bad (Gus is the main antagonist of Breaking Bad and Chuck McGill and Lalo are the main antagonists of Better Call Saul).

I didnāt say Hank is a main antagonist I only said heās a secondary antagonist. Hank and Chuck are both the secondary antagonists because Hank has far more screen time than Chuck and his personal connection with Walter is far more bigger than Chuckās. And Gus and Hector are both the main antagonists because Gus is a big time drug kingpin, something Walt aspires to be, Hector was the employee drug handler for Don Eladio, he exercises more control in his own league and through he is also an employee for Don Eladio and he seems to assert more control than why Hector has or is given, he was more impactful within the franchise and Hector is not a direct threat.
Hank has far more screen time than Chuck and his personal connection with Walter is far more bigger than Chuck's.
I want to tell you my information personal opinion. What if Hector and Gus are the two main antagonists of the Breaking Bad franchise/universe because Hector made Gusā more brutal, he made Gus a eviler drug kingpin) and Gus committing far more heinous crimes towards Hector by nearly wiping out the entire Salamanca family was done out of vengeance and Gus wiping out family member after family member he would monk and torment Hector to the point where you can sympathize with him, he has a higher kill count, he was pretty much Walterās greatest threat, heās Walterās other archenemy (he wants to destroy everything Walter loves), heās far worse than Chuck, he has the bigger role, he has more screen time than any other villain and Gus is the posthumous overarching antagonist of the Breaking Badās final season? And what if Chuck and Hank are the two secondary antagonists of the Breaking Bad franchise/universe because Chuck made Jimmy (the franchiseās deuteragonist) the villain he is today, heās the reason why Saulās business grew big, earning the reputation of Saul Goodman as the criminal lawyer in Breaking Bad, leading us to Jesse convincing Walt to hire Saul as a lawyer in season 2 which was the start of a chain reaction leading to the Rise and Fall of Heisenberg (like Jimmy said in āSaul Goneā), heās more of a misunderstood antagonist than an actual villain and heās no where near as awful as Gus and Hank is known to be Walterās long time archenemy in the Breaking Bad TV series, he has good intentions just like Chuck, he was known to be a much more advertise antagonist than Gus ever was in the Breaking Bad TV series, he has far more screen time than Chuck and his appearances almost matches Gusā appearances (Hank has 53 appearances and Gus has 58 appearances)?
I want to tell you my interesting personal opinion. What if Hector and Gus are the two main antagonists of the Breaking Bad franchise/universe because Hector made Gus' more brutal, he made Gus' cold-blooded villainy more severe (he made Gus more brutal, he made Gus a eviler drug kingpin) and Gus committing far more heinous crimes towards Hector by nearly wiping out the entire Salamanca family was done out of vengeance and Gus wiping out family member after family member he would monk and torment Hector to the point where you can sympathize with him, he has a higher kill count and he was pretty much Walter's greatest threat, heās Walterās other archenemy (he wants to destroy everything Walter loves), he's far worse than Chuck, he has the bigger role, he has more screen time than any other villain and Gus is the posthumous overarching antagonist of the Breaking Bad's final season? I think Lalo shares the same main antagonist role with Hector more because even though Chuck played a substantial role in Jimmy's decline and posthumously influenced him in later seasons it's just he and Hector are both near pure evils, Hector shares the same main antagonist with Chuck in the second and third seasons and Chuck is more of a misunderstood antagonist than an actual villain at best.
What if Hector is the main antagonist of the entire franchise because even though Gus would still be a cold-blooded villain and an drug kingpin without Hector shooting Gus' partner it's just Hector made Gus' cold-blooded villainy more severe (he made Gus more brutal and he made Gus a eviler drug kingpin)?
