That's not a real theory about him being in Nebraska. It's a reach on how Nacho doesn't die bc I don't want him to die, but he clearly will. No way Lalo lets him get away with it. So maybe that is the only scenario: Lalo somehow dies, but even then how do the rest of the Salamancas not implicate Nacho, the only survivor of the massacre at Lalo's house.
