9/10
It wasn’t what i fully expected. I thought that the opening with Mike was cool. The flashbacks of Jesse being captivate was pretty cool, and seeing how non-chelaunt Todd was about Sonia was pretty terrifying.
Neil was a good antagonist (I’d call him the main one), it was sorta weird that they sorta just put him in there, because there was no other scene with him in Breaking Bad, but they still made it entertaining. Old Joe was in it, and I liked that. Ed was in there, and I respect how he was on conditions, and I agreed with him against Jesse sorta. The Walt scene was sorta heartwarming with his line ‘you didn’t have to wait all your life to do something special’ I liked how Badger and Skinny helped Him out. And I liked the ending part, where Jesse sorta smiles. I felt like the pacing was a little off, but that’s probably cuz Peter Gould had nothing to do with this movie, at least, in my opinion that’s the reason.
So yeah, good movie, glad it wrapped up Jesse’s story in a way it makes sense.
Is it just me or did these 2 have some weird sexual energy going on in El Camino? It was a hard and uncomfortable watch. I don't understand either bc I thought these 2 hated each other. Maybe Jesse started to like him once he'd gained a few pounds. Maybe Todd was keeping him as some kind of sex slave. We don't know what is going on behind the scenes. I would watch again and try figure out for myself but I'm worried I'm gonna find it too awkward and have to turn it off and waste my time. Could someone clear this up?

Anyone else realize how good Jesse is with kids? He has shown a good friendship with Brock, going out of his way to find out who poisoned him, and Drew, yelling at Todd to not fatally shoot him, and feeling guilt after seeing news reports about him. (he also avenged his and Andrea's death after Walt massacred Jack's gang, i think)

Hank’s partner and fellow DEA agent and best friend from the beginning to the end, the end being Hank and his death at the hands of Jack and his pals (Todd, Kenny, etc).
Background:
When Steven first appears (in episode one) he’s treated simply as 1 dimensional minor character. Yet, Is developed to be a helpful, good-hearted character. He helps Hank and his attempts to stop the Blue Sky empire? He’s smart, professional, kind, and brave.
How is he underrated?:
Gomez is underrated simply because the show gives him almost no attention whatsoever, and is treated as a simple background character up until he dies. And the worst part was when he is eventually killed, along with Hank, unlike Hank though his death is not given much attention, even by Hank, who after a moment overlooks the body and goes for Gomez’s gun. Both are in the end are rolled into a hole and buried, and that’s all for Gomez. Except for a role in 2 “Better Call Saul” Episodes of course, where Gomez and Hank appear for a small bit.
Why is he so underrated?:
He not a really important character, simple as that. He’s a good character for sure, but they’re not they could do with him, more screen time and attention would’ve been nice of course, especially before and right after his death, but that’s really it.

I heard multiple times in the Breaking Bad fandom that Todd is a sadist, or evil just for the hell of it. Am I missing something, because it seems to me that all his crimes are motivated by greed or self-interest, not pure evil.
Killing Drew Sharp and Andrea, torturing and enslaving Jesse, cooking meth: all these things are done to either for personal profit, self-preservation, or out of loyalty to the gang. Of course, he shows absolutely no remorse, but he doesn't seem to derive any visible pleasure from causing pain either.
I though maybe people say he's just pure evil because he's part of a neo-Nazi gang. But then why Todd specifically? And besides, while Nazis are evil, their core ideology isn't just simple sadism. Maybe fear of outsiders/change, toxic masculinity/pride, collectivist/ingroup thinking, disdain for the weak and academia, but not "hurting people just because".
I know that Jack later mentioned that Jesse ratted him out to Hank, however I have heard that Jack is a “darker version” of Walter White and the fact that he already had the tape and it wasn’t in the hands of the DEA, as well as the fact Hank and Steve are dead, I would imagine that he shouldn’t have cared that Jesse admitted it.
I feel like he got upset for a reason like his pride was hurt, similar to how he reacted towards Walt in “Felina” when he said that Jack was partners with Jesse. I don’t know, that’s just my assessment.
In the YouTube video below, you can only recognice "(PAPER " and the following letter is probably an A. So what could this mean?
