Not at all, because if he was a good father he would've left his goddam pride and left Albuquerque to start over with his family when he had the opportunity (not when Gus wanted him dead, I mean after he escaped from Tuco, or even before when he killed Krazy-8, those were moments in which he could've chosen to go to another place and begin a new life)
