lalo would instantly kill both, gus kept them alive because they could cook, tuco did for the same reason. lalo cares more about the slamancas than business. so considering walt and jesse were the reason why the twins, tuco and hector are dead, he would kill them with no remorse

That is only if they met him after the events. Had they met him before Tuco though, I think Lalo is cool enough to do proper business with them.
