<p>Sauls car that Jesse stoll could've been bugged, and it actually might still be bugged.  </p><p>But a better plothole is: HANKS VEHICLE wasn't parked outside. When the two came back out of the house, it was right behind Jesse's.  </p><p>and what is the significance of the scratched CD? </p>

Haha finally I have a place to talk with people who notice the small things like me. Mind you I am stressing watching one episode a week at the minute its so much more gripping this season than any other.

Other than that, to the viewer's knowledge at least, he went right to Saul's office, to stealing his car, to driving to Walt's house. <p>yea we don't know where he go the gas, but it probably wasn't in saul's trunk, so he probably had to pick it up.  it's possible he had it in his garage back home, so he could have picked up the meth and gas there.   </p>

<p>Hank already knows where Jesse lives and that Saul Goodman is his lawyer and that Jesse is in trouble and needs legal counsel. He also already had people watching Jesse. </p><p>As for where the meth came from, Jesse cooked tons of it during the duration of the show, it's not improbable for him to have kept a stash around considering how often he used it. </p><p>And ditto toMadrigal-Ehrmantraut, every gas station sells gas tanks, and most homes with cars I've been to have one in storage. If that's a plot hole, that'll be like saying any prop that's not previously given an origin is a plot hole. <i>Where did the vending' machine in the car wash come from? We never saw it before it was in the A1A Car Wash.</i> <i>Kind of contrived how it's just there right for Walt to hide his gun right?</i> </p>
