Could Walt have really known Brock wouldn't have died?

I know Walt tried to justify poisoning Brock by saying he didn't give him enough and measured it out, but do you think he really knew whether or not it would have killed the kid? I mean whether someone dies from poison depends on their immunity system, not just how much they're given. Walt, a professional chemist, would have known that. I mean, there's also the possibility that he wasn't thinking straight and just assumed Brock would live, but the boy was on life support, meaning he was close to death. He still risked the kid's life. Plus, i don't know if i'm the only one, but when Jesse tells Walt Brock lived, he looked somewhat surprised. What do you guys think? Was it by dumb luck that Brock survived? Was Walt really being honest when he said he planned for Brock to be alive, or just saying whatever he could to keep Jesse from burning his money? Plus, the song Walt whistles after hearing Drew Sharp's disappearance on the news is Lily of the Valley. Clearly I feel like this is meant to show that Walt has stooped so low to Heisenberg that he sees children (besides his own) as expendable. But what do you guys think?

Timeline Inconsistency Relating to Jane's Death/Birth

The Breaking Bad Wikia (this wikia) says Jane's birthday is April 4, 1982. I assume this is established by Jane's dad, Donald, telling the EMT after she died that this is his daughter's birthday. Sources also have her date of death as January 26, 2009. There's a big problem with her birthday compared to her death date.

In Season 2, Ep. 12 "Phoenix", Walt meets Donald, in a bar. The date is January 26, 2009, the day of Jane's death. The two are talking and Walt says he just had a baby girl. Donald says he has a girl, too, and Walt asks how old she is. Donald says "Old enough to know better....27 next month." This puts Jane's birthday sometime in February.

Anyway to reconcile this? It seems this info ought to be revised.

If this is true, there's a major inconsistency here, unless Jane's death was not in January, but in fact two months later, in March, which would have reverberating effects on the rest of the timeline. For example, Holly White was supposedly born on ~December 27, 2008, in the same episode that we learn Jane's birthday is "next month". Are we to believe that this episode takes place over 3 months? The timeline on the wikia has "Phoenix" taking place between December 28-January 26.

Was Walt really forced to kill Gus

So there are two approaches to this story. From Walts point of view, it was either hunt or be hunted. However Mike states that if Walt "knew his place" everything would have run like clockwork, and walt would have made his money. What do you guys think.

Why did the writers choose to kill off Mrs Geraldine Struass' character.

I mean I know she was old and stuff, but she seemed to play an important part in Jimmy's life, maybe he could relate with her again, once he's law licence is reinstated.

Gus Fring

Doesn't Fring's death seem completely unrealistic? not in the aspect of having his face blown off but the fact that he got tricked by some old man in a wheel chair and Walter white;Gus Fring is very careful and seems to always be 10 steps ahead and he should have been ahead here too, even though he didnt have mike to inspect the nursing home tyrus should have been able to spot a bomb planted in between the wheels and the chair not to mention that tyrus didnt earlier inspect the old woman that was greeting walter outside the window.

Are Salamancas planning a coup?

For me it looks like to me that Salamancas are planning to do coup in Juarez-Michoacan Cartel and try take power from Don Eladio. In season 3 Don Hector Salamanca clearly had lost his respect toward Don Eladio and openly disliked him and refused to follow his orders anymore. Lalo Salamanca later tried "fish" if Gus was interested to betray Eladio and do alliance with Salamancas and he also mocked Eladio. I think Lalo and Hector are planning now to start war against Gus (first) and then against the Cartel.

What you think, is this something we could start to see in next episode 4x10 or in Season 5?

Kim and Jimmy Theory in Season 4

I recently made a prediction about what will happen to Jimmy and Kim by the end of Season 4 and I’d love to share my theory with all of you.

The episode synopsis for Season 4, Episode 9 reads: “Jimmy and Kim unburden themselves, risking their relationship in the process. Nacho is forced to make the rounds for Lalo. Mike has cause to worry.”

The Jimmy and Kim part in that makes me ponder if this episode will be the beginning of their falling out. I predict that Chuck’s letter to Jimmy was a fake one by Kim because she read the actual letter and it was basically a giant middle finger to Jimmy. So Kim wrote a different letter and showed it to Jimmy hoping that it would make him feel better. In Episode 9, she will come clean and admit what she did and reveal what the actual letter said, hurting Jimmy. Jimmy will tell her why he cares so little about Chuck’s suicide, which is because of what Chuck told him in their final conversation; “You’ve never mattered all that much to me.” He will also admit that he was responsible for the insurance incident that indirectly caused Chuck to kill himself. The dark confessions from both of them will ultimately cause a major breaking point in their relationship. Maybe something similar to Jimmy and Chuck’s confrontation at the end of Season 1.

I truly believe that in Season 4, we will see the beginning of the end of Jimmy and Kim’s relationship, which breaks my heart. I love the relationship they have shared throughout the series but since Kim is not in Breaking Bad, I’ve always emotionally prepared myself for her exit. Chuck and Kim were the two engines driving Jimmy to play it straight. With Chuck now dead, Kim leaving in Season 4 will ultimately cause a huge shift in Jimmy that will finally give us Saul Goodman in Season 5.

These are just my thoughts, but I’d love to hear all of yours as well. Feel free to voice your opinions!

Why Gus killed Victor

I believe Gus killed Victor because he was seen at the crime scene by who knows how many people. Than he took it upon himself to cook up the meth when Gus knows it's more to it than just cooking up some met following a recipe. I can follow Gordan Ramsey's recipe but I know dam well it won't come out like his. The biggest reason he needed to scare the hell out of Jesse and Walter they got a little too comfortable with not following orders.

DEA in S4 of BCS

In first episode of S4 of BCS, Gus says to Juan Bolsa: Someone will move against the Salamancas. Which brings war. Which brings chaos. Which brings the DEA.

Do you think Gus prophesied the upcoming appearance of Hank and / or Steven Gomez in Season 4 of Better Call Saul?
